HNNNNNNNNNG- I know how you feel, bro. Try drinking less pop, more water. Less sugar intake, more random exercising throughout the day (exercising, even walking a bit, releases a chemical in your brain that makes you tired at night)
Is the trouble with your sleeping pattern due to your inability to fall asleep? I suggest listening to rain drop. There are different kinds but the one that works best for me is the sound of raindrops hitting against a window. Try it :)
Start running during the day, doesn't have to be long or anything.. Just get SOME physical exercise in. Releases a chemical in your body that helps you sleep at night. The more you know, bro
