Is the trouble with your sleeping pattern due to your inability to fall asleep? I suggest listening to rain drop. There are different kinds but the one that works best for me is the sound of raindrops hitting against a window. Try it :)

i have this problem, i try to knock myself out performing tiring activities :)
take melatonin or something or just try to relax before bed.. don't go online and stuff like an hour before you try to sleep
