Bad sleeping Pattern

in a bad Sleeping pattern as normal Grr i just can't seem to get a normal 1 why do i have stay up till around 6am...

Any1 got any pointers? :(

  1. HNNNNNNNNNG- I know how you feel, bro. Try drinking less pop, more water. Less sugar intake, more random exercising throughout the day (exercising, even walking a bit, releases a chemical in your brain that makes you tired at night)

    So if you can't sleep. Work. :P

  9. Is the trouble with your sleeping pattern due to your inability to fall asleep? I suggest listening to rain drop. There are different kinds but the one that works best for me is the sound of raindrops hitting against a window. Try it :)

  10. Start running during the day, doesn't have to be long or anything.. Just get SOME physical exercise in. Releases a chemical in your body that helps you sleep at night. The more you know, bro

  14. take melatonin or something or just try to relax before bed.. don't go online and stuff like an hour before you try to sleep
